My coaching blends evidence-based frameworks with warm, structured guidance. I don’t just help you vent — I help you build.
Sessions are collaborative, not clinical. I guide you to unpack thoughts, manage triggers, and find emotional stability through practical tools drawn from:
- Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBT)
- Rational Emotive Behavioral Coaching (REBT)
- Solution-Focused Brief Coaching (SFBT)
- Somatic tools for emotional regulation
We won’t dwell on the past unless it helps move you forward. We focus on patterns, goals, and what’s within your control.
What Coaching Is and Isn’t
This is not therapy.
I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. While I am educated and trained with Psychotherapy, I offer a more collaborative and direct system. Coaching is a partnership focused on reflection, strategy, and behavior change for people who are functioning, but not thriving.
It’s ideal if you:
- Feel mentally “stuck” or emotionally overwhelmed
- Are facing burnout or decision fatigue
- Want clarity and emotional control — without medical labels
- Are ready to move forward, one structured session at a time

$50 per session.
