About Me
Hi, I'm Johan.
I’m a mental health coach currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I’ve trained in CBT, REBT, SFBT, and somatic therapy approaches, and I currently support clients in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.
I also hold a certification as a Mental Health First Aid Responder. I specialize in helping high performing adults reset their emotional health through non clinical coaching.
I work with people from all over the world, especially professionals who are ready to stop surviving and start thriving.
