About Me

Hi, I’m Johan.

I’m a mental health coach currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I’ve trained in CBT, REBT, SFBT, and somatic therapy approaches, and I currently support clients in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.

I also hold a certification as a Mental Health First Aid Responder. I specialize in helping high performing adults reset their emotional health through non clinical coaching.

I work with people from all over the world, especially professionals who are ready to stop surviving and start thriving.

What Coaching Is and Isn’t

Coaching is a guided, goal oriented partnership. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

• Coaching Is

• Goal oriented and action focused
• Evidence based techniques
• Support for functioning individuals
• Collaborative partnership

• Coaching Is Not

• Clinical therapy or treatment
• Diagnosis of mental illness
• Crisis intervention
• Substitute for medical care

• Disclaimer

• While I am trained in psychotherapy and counselling, I do not treat or diagnose mental illness. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, I will refer you to the right professionals.
• Coaching is ideal if you’re functioning but struggling, and ready to move forward with a trained, supportive guide.
